The nine-person New York Institutional Group, which is led by Jeffrey Dunne and based out of Saddle Brook, New Jersey and Stamford, Connecticut, was CB Richard Ellis’ #1 investment team worldwide in 2003, 2004 and 2007 and #2 in 2005, 2006, and 2008 to 2010. The team has sold or recapped more than 46.7 million SF of office, 12 million SF of industrial, 11.8 million SF of retail and 28,000 multi-family units valued at over $14 billion since 2000, demonstrating the team’s diverse expertise in a wide range of product. As the dominant investment sales team in the suburban Metro New York region, the team currently holds a 39.8% market share for all asset class sales in 2010 as reported by Real Capital Analytics. For the New York suburban markets in 2010, the team was:

  • #1 in office sales – completed two of the top five sales in 2010
