Bobby Meehling has over ten years of experience in real estate investment sales with a primary focus on multifamily asset sales, development and joint ventures involving multifamily properties. Mr. Meehling’s transactions in the sale of multifamily properties exceed $1 billion dollars.
Mr. Meehling’s experience also includes the multi-family financing market where he has worked to provide financing services involving over $300 million dollars of multifamily properties. He has assisted a number of institutional investors over the past ten years and has developed excellent relationships with many of the larger owners of multifamily assets throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.
In the past three years, Mr. Meehling has been involved in over 50 transactions in the District of Columbia exclusively related to the sale, finance, and joint venture of multifamily buildings and land.
