David Dorros is the Managing Director of CBRE | Melody’s National Loan Sale Advisory Group. Mr. Dorros has transacted in all 50 states and Mexico. Mr. Dorros has over 25 years of industry experience encompassing over $15 billion of advisory, sales and capital market transactions. Recently Mr. Dorros was one of the founders, a member of the Investment Committee and Executive Vice President of CBRE Realty Finance, a publicly traded mortgage REIT. Mr. Dorros received a B.S. degree in Engineering from the University of Maryland and an M.B.A. in Finance & Real Estate from Indiana University. Mr. Dorros is the past and current Co-Chairman of the Man and Woman of the Year Leukemia and Lymphoma Society Campaign. Through his efforts, the Washington DC chapter of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society has ranked #1 in the country, raising over $1.5 million in 2005 and 2006.
