David Dorros is the Managing Director of CBRE Capital Markets National Loan Sale Advisory Group. Mr. Dorros has transacted in all 50 states, Canada, and Mexico. Mr. Dorros, the most experienced loan sale advisor in the industry, has over 25 years of industry experience encompassing over $25 billion of advisory, loan sales and capital market transactions.
Transaction experience includes the sale of over 150,000 multifamily units, $2.0 billion of hospitality loans, virtually all other types of commercial assets, and over 50,000 residential loans. Mr. Dorros has been the project manager on over 300 large loan sale advisory engagements and has been responsible for completing the industry’s largest sales. This includes performing, sub, and non-performing loan assets
Recently Mr. Dorros was one of the founders, a member of the Investment Committee and Executive Vice President of CBRE Realty Finance, a publicly traded mortgage REIT. Mr. Dorros received a B.S. degree in Engineering from the University of Maryland and an M.B.A. in Finance & Real Estate from Indiana University. Mr. Dorros is the past and current Co-Chairman of the Man and Woman of the Year Leukemia and Lymphoma Society Campaign. With his guidance, the Washington DC chapter of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society has ranked #1 in the country, raising $2,184,000 from 2005 to 2007.
