Joe Donato is responsible for co-managing the debt & equity origination business in the Mid-Atlantic region. Mr. Donato has over 18 years experience in commercial real estate finance, acquisition, disposition, valuation and analysis and has been involved in over $20 billion of financings. Specializing in raising capital for institutions, real estate operating companies and private investors, Mr. Donato has developed extensive relationships with a diverse selection of capital sources, including life insurance companies, pension funds, investment banking institutions, real estate funds and domestic and off-shore commercial banking institutions.
Mr. Donato has consistently ranked as one of the Top 10 Debt & Equity Finance professionals. Additionally, his team received the Debt & Equity Finance Team of the Year in 2006 and the Gary J. Beban Teamwork Award in 2008 for their seamless collaboration within Capital Markets.
