Leigh Anna Bartholow is a Senior Financial Analyst in the Washington DC office of CBRE Capital Markets, CB Richard Ellis’ investment banking subsidiary. In this role, Ms. Bartholow is responsible for underwriting, analysis, due diligence, and market research for finance transactions in the Mid-Atlantic region. Since joining CBRE, Ms. Bartholow has assisted in over $3 billion of development, acquisition, and permanent debt financing of all asset types.
Prior to joining CBRE, Ms. Bartholow has served as an analyst for the Capital Markets Group of Cushman & Wakefield. Ms. Bartholow holds a BA and BS from the University of the South in Sewanee, TN.
