Maury Zanoff is responsible for co-managing the debt & equity origination team in the Mid-Atlantic region. Mr. Zanoff has over 16 years of institutional real estate experience and during his career has executed over $15 billion in real estate financings.
Prior to CBRE, Mr. Zanoff structured joint venture equity and conventional, bond and FHA debt for Clark Enterprises’ development projects as well as developed public bond offerings for large public-private projects and military housing privatization.
Prior to Clark, as an Associate for Lend Lease Real Estate Investments, Mr. Zanoff was responsible for the analysis of advising pension funds, nonprofits and local and national governments on the purchase, asset management and disposition of real estate.
Mr. Zanoff served as an Analyst and an Asset Manager with Goldman Sachs & Company’s Whitehall Funds on RTC purchased portfolios and he began his career as an Analyst/Underwriter at CRIIMI MAE, Inc. where his he supported as lead analyst his team that acquired interests in more than $2 billion in bonds controlling over $33 billion in mortgages on 6,000 properties. Mr. Zanoff also worked on REO and workout assets as a Special Servicer at CRIIMI MAE.
