Peter Hoberman is a Vice President for the National Loan Sale Advisory Group in the Washington, DC office. He is responsible for due diligence and underwriting of commercial debt instruments in the secondary market. In addition, Mr. Hoberman conducts cash flow scenarios to assist in determining acquisition and disposition strategies as well as the preparation of offering materials.
Prior to joining the National Loan Sale Advisory Group, Mr. Hoberman served as a Senior Acquisition Associate for CBRE Realty Finance, a publicly traded REIT. He was responsible for developing relationships with lending and financial institutions as well as underwriting the firm’s investments in seasoned debt instruments including whole loans, participations, and B-notes.
Mr. Hoberman previously worked for a large diversified insurance and financial company as a real estate acquisition analyst primarily focused on hotel properties. Prior to working in real estate, Mr. Hoberman worked as a strategy and public relations consultant for several technology companies.
