Mr Prutting is First Vice President at CB Richard Ellis in the Washington DC office, and a member of the Private Client Group specializing in the sale of office, flex and owner occupied properties.  Mr.Prutting has 30 years of service and experience in the sale of investment properties in the Metropolitan Washington DC, region.  During his career, Mr.Prutting has participated in the sale of over $1 billion worth of property.

Mr.Prutting has a Bachelor of Science degree from Georgetown University and a Masters of Business Administration degree from George Washington University.  Mr.Prutting was also a member of the Georgetown University School of Business Graduate Advisory Board.  Mr.Prutting is a life member of the Washington Board of Realtors’ Mutli-Million Dollar Sales Club and served on the Board’s Investment Property Committee.  He also received the Top Producer award from the Board of Realtors.
