Bill Prutting is a First Vice President with 30 years of service and experience in the sale of investment properties at CB Richard Ellis.  He concentrates primarily on commercial office buildings and office development sites in the Metropolitan Washington, DC, region.

During his career, Mr. Prutting has participated in the sale of over $1 billion worth of properties.  He has recently marketed seven office buildings, totaling over $70 million, for such clients as Citibank, Prudential Insurance, Washington Real Estate Investment Trust, Berwind and Atlantic Realty, in the Tyson's Corner/Fairfax area.
