As an Associate with the Private Client Group at CB Richard Ellis, Troudy Vaughan specializes in investment sales of office and industrial assets valued in the $2 to $20 million range. Although Mr. Vaughan’s focus is the Washington DC area market, PCG is a national platform that helps individual investors achieve maximum value in the disposition of their commercial real estate assets and has an investor list that exceeds 125,000.
Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis, Mr. Vaughan spent four years working as a sales executive at Salesforce.com in San Francisco. As one of the first 50 employees hired, Mr. Vaughan helped build Salesforce.com from a private company with no revenues to its current status as a publicly traded firm with over 2,000 employees and $500 million in revenues. Prior to Salesforce.com, Mr. Vaughan was a sales executive at Oracle’s Direct Marketing Division, focusing on database sales to State and Local Governments.
Mr. Vaughan earned his BA at Duke University and his MBA from The Darden School at the University of Virginia. |
