Office Description:
The Delaware office is located in the historic Nemours Building in the heart of downtown Wilmington. Often referred to as "The Corporate Capital of the World," more than half of the Fortune 500 corporations are incorporated in Delaware, including major credit card banks and electronic banking institutions. The region is rich in both recreation and business amenities-with an inventory of 6,000 hotel rooms and 300 meeting rooms, the new Christina Riverfront complex and, of course, tax-free shopping.
Wilmington is located immediately off of Interstate 95, midway between Washington, DC and New York City and 35 miles from Center City Philadelphia. The real estate marketplace contains over 13.5 million square feet of office product and over 31 million square feet of industrial product.
