For more than 25 years Mr. Dewey worked as a Senior Vice President and Senior Managing Officer for CB Commercial, assisting in the company's expansion into San Mateo, Philadelphia, Baltimore, and now Fort Myers and Naples, Florida. Prior to that he was a Naval Aviator and then a commercial pilot with Pan Am. Gary specializes in retail, land and investment sales and leasing.
Mr. Dewey currently serves as representative for The Home Depot and Gateway Computers in Southwest Florida. He has also represented several major developers in Lee and Collier Counties in site selection and leasing. Mr. Dewey has been involved in some of the largest commercial land transactions in the Mid-Atlantic and S.W. Florida area’s.
