Larry has been in the commercial real estate industry for more than 20 years as an investment specialist.  He has been with CB Richard Ellis, formerly CB Commercial, since 1982.  With an emphasis on retail and office properties, he has negotiated the sale of several properties with an aggregate value exceeding $500 million.  In addition to investment sales he has extensive experience in retail leasing.  Larry has also taught investment classes at CB’s Training Program for all new employees hired on the East Coast and spent 4 years as the Sales Manger of the Indianapolis CB office.  He is currently the managing partner at CB Richard Ellis, in Fort Myers and Naples, Florida, Partner offices of CB Richard Ellis, Inc.
