Larry Foster, CCIM has been in the commercial real estate industry for more than 20 years as an investment specialist.  He has been with CB Richard Ellis since 1982.  With an emphasis on retail and office properties, he has negotiated the sale of several properties with an aggregate value exceeding $500 million.  In addition to investment sales he has extensive experience in retail leasing.  Larry has also taught investment classes at CBRE’s training program for all new employees hired on the East Coast and spent four years as the Sales Manager of CBRE’s Indianapolis office.  He is currently the managing partner of the CB Richard Ellis affiliate in Southwest Florida, with offices located in Fort Myers, Naples and Port Charlotte.
