Stan Stouder has been successful since 1981 in the SW Florida real estate market as a broker, corporate site selector and developer. After 8 years of operating his own company, he merged in June 1998 with 2 other companies to form CB Richard Ellis, Ft. Myers-Naples, FL. Stan's real estate acumen is demonstrated as a perennial producer, teacher and award-winning author. He serves on the Lee County Land Advisory Committee and is the author of the Industrial narrative for CB Richard Ellis' bi-annual Market Index. After caring for his wife and 5 children, Stan enjoys motorcycling and tennis.
After serving as the Regional Director of Development for Twistee Treat, Mr. Stouder accepted various commercial, industrial and investment real estate assignments. He has been involved with site selection, fee work for banks and attorneys, buyer representation and buying/selling mortgages at a discount.
