Scott R. Dunnuck – Partner
Mr. Dunnuck has been active in the Southwest Florida Real Estate Market for more than nine years. His expertise is in the office and retail, leasing and investment areas. During the past several years, he has been a top producer in Collier County in both office and retail markets. He is a graduate from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate.

George B. Atkinson – Associate
George B. Atkinson joined the CB Richard Ellis team of professionals in 2001 as an associate.  Prior to joining CB as a full time real estate broker, Mr. Atkinson was active in the Southwest Florida real estate market as a commercial appraiser.  Throughout his career, he has performed assignments for a multitude of clients including investors, owner/users, financial institutions and the RTC.  He has extensive experience in the analysis of real estate for both fee simple and partial interests, with a strong background in the analysis of office properties, commercial marinas, retail centers, industrial properties and vacant land tracts.  Mr. Atkinson has also qualified and testified as an expert witness with respect to real estate matters in the Collier County Circuit Court and the Federal Bankruptcy Court.  

Doris Taylor - Associate
Doris recently joined the CB Richard Ellis team of professionals in 2006 as an associate, specializing in sales and leasing of industrial properties as well as land sales.  Prior to joining CB, Doris was with Downing-Frye Realty and has been involved in transactions varying office, retail, industrial and land sales. Doris creates a value-added services and a commitment level of character that combines dedication to getting the best deal in the marketplace. She’s been active in commercial real estate since 2000.
