Mr. Rudzinski has been actively involved in the real estate industry for more than 10 years. As Managing Director and market leader for Miami-Dade County, Broward County, and Palm Beach County, Florida, Mr. Rudzinski plays an integral role of overseeing the real estate services operation for CBRE South Florida.
Prior to assuming his role, Mr. Rudzinski served as Director of Research and Marketing for CBRE's Greater Philadelphia, PA operations. He was instrumental in growing CBRE's new business development initiatives in Philadelphia, supporting over 85 brokers/sales persons and generating in excess of $3.0 billion in total transaction value in 2006. Mr. Rudzinski has successfully created account management platforms for such clients as Legg Mason Real Estate Services, Morgan Stanley, Brandywine Realty Trust, Shorenstein Realty Services LLC, Fox Realty Co. and DP Partners servicing more than 10.0 million square feet of office, industrial, and retail space in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware.
Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Rudzinski was the Marketing Director for Insignia/ESG. He also spent six years with Grubb & Ellis Company as a Client Services Manager. In addition, he also worked as a Marketing Manager for Philadelphia's downtown special services district, the Center City District.
Mr. Rudzinski has participated as a guest speaker in a series of professional lectures on local and regional real estate trends for CORENET Global, the American Institute of Architects (AIA), Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW), Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) and the American Appraisal Institute (AAI).
