CitiStreet, a joint operation between Citigroup and State Street Bank, was growing its total Outsourcing Division -- hired CBRE to find and negotiate 30,000 sf on a short-term basis. 

Marks Gray, PA was leasing approximately 15,000 s.f. for $320,000 a year.  They wanted to own a building that would accommodate current s.f. plus room for growth.

University of Florida Healthcare Inc. ("UFJHI") Department of Pediatrics had outgrown their facilities at Nemours Hospital.  UFJHI needed to expand and consolidate their clinical and administrative offices within shuttle range of Wolfson Children's Hospital on the Downtown Southbank.

Duracell Batteries was leasing a 100,000 square foot warehouse that was vacated by Duracell Batteries and was situated in a submarket where the average industrial tenant size is 8,000 square feet.
