As Director of Agency for CB Richard Ellis' Latin America and Caribbean Region, Mr. Hurtado is responsible for promoting the firm's agency services in the Andean Pact countries, Central America and in addition to providing comprehensive sales, leasing and marketing services for a full range of commercial properties and representing clients in an integral manner.
Mr. Hurtado's areas of expertise include valuation, investment analysis, marketing and leasing of urban and suburban properties, and consulting.Professional Experience Mr. Hurtado has over twenty years of commercial real estate experience in Latin America and the Caribbean.
Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis, Mr. Hurtado was an active real estate consultant in the Venezuelan and Colombian markets
