Paul Adan joined CBRE in 2005 and has 10 years of experience in hotel real estate investment and development. He is a Graduate from the School of Hotel Administration in Cornell University.
Paul contributes his strong strategic analysis, marketing and planning skills as well as his negotiating experience and access to numerous international, regional and local real estate investors and hotel operators. Paul’s experience in Latin America includes top executive positions within the development department of hotel chains such as Hilton International, Sol Melia and NH Hotels.
Paul’s analytical and valuation skills were refined during his tenure at Hospitality Valuation Services.
