ROBERT TAYLOR SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT |
Robert M. Taylor, Senior Vice President, focuses on large single asset transactions as well as regional portfolios for CB Richard Ellis Hotels. Mr. Taylor has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis Hotels, Mr. Taylor was regional vice president of franchise development with Hospitality Franchise Systems, now known as Cendant, the world's largest hotel franchise company. He was responsible for franchise development efforts in the Northeast, Midwest, and Southwest regions. Mr. Taylor also has experience in hotel operations and franchise development in Chicago, Dallas, Denver and Atlanta. Previously, he was a hospitality consultant with Pannell Kerr Forster in Atlanta, where he was responsible for market feasibility studies and operational analysis.

LISA ZARANEK ASSOCIATE |
Lisa Zaranek is a partner with Robert Taylor in the Florida practice of CB Richard Ellis Hotels. She is responsible for business development, financial underwriting, and strategic advisory for mixed-use, hotel, resort, marina, and land dispositions. Prior to joining CBRE Hotels, Ms. Zaranek was a member of CBRE’s Multi-Housing Group in Miami, where she focused on the disposition of mixed-use, resort, land and multi-housing assets. In her tenure at CBRE, she has participated in the financial underwriting and/or strategic advisory for over $7 billion in real estate assets. Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis, Ms. Zaranek obtained an MBA in Corporate Finance and Real Estate from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Prior to business school, she served as Senior Manager of Strategic Planning for an S&P 500 company and worked in equity research within an investment bank.
Ms. Zaranek began her career in sports journalism and worked at ESPN in production of SportsCenter. She also worked with several television networks in the production of PGA Tour events and NCAA football and basketball games. Ms. Zaranek graduated from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and Mass Communication.
