The Orlando office is located in the heart of downtown Orlando in Orange County, and covers the Central Florida market including Seminole, Lake and Volusia counties to the north/northeast and Osceola and Brevard counties to the south/southeast. In 2005 the Orlando office procured over one billion dollars worth of transactions totaling over 15 million square feet.
The Orlando market has seen exciting new development activity in all product types throughout the metropolitan area. Downtown has added over 1,000 apartment units revitalizing downtown's "urban" living.
