Mr. Erickson has been in the commercial real estate industry since 1985 when he joined the Fort Lauderdale office of CB Richard Ellis as an Office Property Specialist. He moved to the Palm Beach County office in Boca Raton when it opened in January 1986. During this time, Mr. Erickson has been involved in leasing and investment transactions totaling over $600 million in consideration and over four million square feet of office space.
He has been recognized by the South Florida Chapter of BOMA as South Florida's "Leasing Professional of the Year" and has been a featured speaker for the NAIOP and IREM annual forecast meetings.
Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis, Mr. Erickson spent time with Sun Bank of Florida, IBM Southeast Employees Federal Credit Union, and handled luxury waterfront condominium sales for H-Corporation.
