Rick Miller is the Managing Director of the South Florida Region of CB Richard Ellis. As Managing Director, Rick is responsible for the overall operations of the Boca Raton, North Palm Beach, Fort Lauderdale and Miami-Dade offices focusing on Profit & Loss, Sales Leadership, Customer Satisfaction, Corporate Leadership and Strategic Planning. In this role, Rick currently oversees more than 444 commercial real estate professionals specializing in all areas of the industry.
Prior to assuming the leadership role, Rick was a member of both the Global Corporate Services (GCS) Division and Brokerage Services Division of CB Richard Ellis, Inc. serving as the exclusive agent on behalf of tenants and landlords of corporate real estate in Broward and Palm Beach Counties. Since 1987, Rick has assembled a diverse real estate background including corporate real estate positions with BellSouth, California Federal Bank, and Glendale Federal Bank. Mr. Miller’s corporate background brings a unique perspective to provide the highest level of customer service to our corporate clientele. Rick has experience in property valuation, site acquisition, site disposition and corporate real estate consulting.
