Watermark at Westshore - Harbert Management Corporation engaged CB Richard Ellis to market a collection of ten office buildings known as the Watermark at Westshore office park (a former Koger Center). This project was succesfully led by the Private Client Group in the Tampa office.
Orion Center - America's Capital Partners engaged CB Richard Ellis to sell Orion Center, a 67,254 SF, class A office building located on Rocky Point in the Westshore submarket in Tampa. This project was succesfully led by the Private Client Group in the Tampa office.
Arbor Shoreline, a 230,000 SF, eight-building office park was fully leased at below market lease rates. Operating expenses were significantly higher than competing properties and, due to the age of the buildings, the building systems required attention. This project was led by Jane Dizona from the Tampa office.
CitiMortgage had a surplus call center of 86,366 square feet in Tampa, Florida. The property, acquired in an acquisition, was a converted retail building in Tampa's highest vacancy submarket. Bill Obregon & Michael Fisher led this project to its success.
