As the Senior Managing Director for CBRE's Tampa Bay/Sarasota offices, Ray Sandelli is involved in the creation and management of leadership and teams to handle specific client needs. Professional Experience Mr. Sandelli began his brokerage career with CBRE as an Office Leasing Specialist in Seattle, Washington. In 1985, he joined the Cincinnati office as Sales Manager, and in August of 1987, he assumed the position of Managing Officer. Mr. Sandelli joined the Tampa office in 1995 and assumed the responsibility for all CBRE's operations statewide from 1999 through 2006. In 2005 the Florida Region, received the President’s Award as CBRE’s top performing large market area.
Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Sandelli was Vice President of Leasing for The Rainier Fund, Inc., a Seattle-based commercial real estate development and management firm. Achievements
