Dale Peterson is a member of the Tampa Investment Properties Group with a primary focus on the sale of office and industrial institutional investment properties in Central Florida. Peterson provides capital markets advisory services for institutional and corporate clients in multiple markets in Central and North Florida.
Dale Peterson has over 25 years of experience in the real estate business in Central and South Florida, and is team leader of the Investment Properties Group in CBRE’s Tampa office. Dale provides capital markets advisory services for institutional and corporate clients with a focus on office and industrial properties. Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis, Dale was Principal and city co-leader of the Tampa office of Trammell Crow Company.
Dale has extensive transactional experience in numerous Florida markets and has represented clients like AEW , Archon Group, American Realty Advisors, Bank of America, KBS Realty Advisors, Metropolitan Life, RREEF, TIAA-CREF, Liberty Property Trust, Principal, Invesco, Parkway Properties, LNR Partners, Westbrook, USAA, Berwind, Hughes Supply, Inc., Darden Restaurants, PMRealty Advisors, Wells Fargo, Midland Loan Services and a host of private and local investors. Since 2002, Dale and his team have closed over 17.5 million square feet of office and industrial transactions and 5,100 acres of land in West, Central and South Florida valued at over $1.55 billion.
