Bayne Porter is a member of CB Richard Ellis’ (CBRE’s) Global Logistics Group, an international team of real estate professionals with a specific focus on the logistics industry. In that capacity, he advises a wide variety of clients in disciplines such as transaction management, technology management, development, construction, acquisitions, dispositions, leasing and project management.
Mr. Porter is an accomplished professional with 14 years of well-rounded experience in the commercial real estate industry. For the past several years, Mr. Porter’s focus has been on tenant representation and managing key accounts on a national and international basis.
Mr. Porter has completed more than 10 million square feet of assignments and specializes in representing companies in multiple location requirements throughout North America. Some of his notable clients include Guitar Center, Tibbett & Britten, Kuehne & Nagel, BMW and CDW Computers. The Global Logistics Group, as a whole, has completed more than 60 million square feet of industrial real estate assignments in North America in the past 12 months.
Mr. Porter is a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, Council of Logistics Management, Warehouse Logistics Association, The Georgia Tech Logistics Institute and is a former U.S. Marine. He earned a BS in Criminal Justice with a concentration in business from the University of West Georgia.
