William Kee is Director of Industrial Agency and a Senior Vice President with CBRE's Atlanta Asset Services Group, focusing on strictly representing industrial landlords with the leasing and marketing of their warehouse and distribution properties. Mr. Kee, along with his partner Pat Murphy and Senior Associates Jason Webb and Trey Barry, plays the role of advisor, helping his clients reach their overall business and real estate investment objectives.
Mr. Kee has more than 24 years of experience in commercial real estate, most recently as a principal with Trammell Crow where he oversaw an industrial leasing portfolio totaling more than 15 million square feet in nearly 150 buildings.
A consistent market leader, Mr. Kee has been ranked nationally as a top producer for Trammell Crow and “Top-Five” Producer in the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors Million Dollar Club for 10 years. Prior to joining Trammell Crow, Mr. Kee was with The Myrick Company for nine years.
Mr. Kee's hobbies include golf, fishing, cooking, antiques and travel.
