Bob Hutson is a Senior Vice President of CB Richard Ellis' (CBRE's) Global Supply Chain Practice Group, an international team of real estate professionals with a specific focus on the logistics industry. In that capacity, he manages the group's global business development pursuits, directs multi-market account relationships and orchestrates the strategic planning, transaction management and financial engineering processes for clients.
With more than 24 years of logistics experience managing regional and national based operations, Mr. Hutson is recognized as one of the top logistics and supply chain executives. Mr. Hutson's 24 years of logistics experience includes implementing several large DC startups in multiple U.S. markets, labor procurement and staffing, inventory control, layout, site selection, 3PL contract negotiation, warehouse and transportation pricing and real estate procurement.
Mr. Hutson is Vice President of the Warehousing and Research Council in Atlanta, and is a member of the Council of Logistics Management. He has a degree in Economics from Tulane University in New Orleans, and a degree in Finance from Mercer University in Atlanta.
