Brian Budnick is an Associate with the Investment Properties Group at CB Richard Ellis (CBRE). The investment team specializes in the disposition of investment properties, in addition to executing recapitalizations and structuring joint ventures on behalf of institutional advisors, developers, REIT’s, private equity funds and private investors. Working with Chris Riley and Frank Fallon, Mr. Budnick focuses primarily on the marketing and sale of industrial and office assets throughout the country with a strong concentration on the southeastern United States. Since joining Mr. Riley and Mr. Fallon in 2003, he has been involved in the valuation, marketing and sale of more than $4.3 billion of transactions, ranging from local one-off dispositions to national multi-market disposition assignments.
Mr. Budnick’s previous experience includes positions at CBRE and Trammell Crow Company, where he focused on financial valuations, market analysis and preparation of offering materials. He is a graduate of Emory University and an Atlanta native.
