Brian Budnick is a member of the Atlanta Investment Properties Group with a primary focus on the sale of institutional industrial investment properties on a national level. Along with his partners, Chris Riley and Frank Fallon, Mr. Budnick provides advisory services for both the disposition and acquisition of industrial, office/flex and suburban office properties in multiple markets across the country.

Since joining Mr. Riley and Mr. Fallon in 2003, Mr. Budnick has been involved in the valuation, marketing and sale of more than $5.7 billion of transactions, ranging from local one-off dispositions to national multi-market disposition assignments.

Prior to joining CBRE in 2005, Mr. Budnick was an Analyst with Trammell Crow Company, where he focused on financial valuations, market analysis and preparation of offering materials.

Mr. Budnick earned his Bachelor’s Degree from Emory University and is an Atlanta native.
