Bruce Lanehart specializes in land acquisition/disposition, adaptive use, value-add property services and investment sales. His commercial real estate background covers more than 30years with CB Richard Ellis (CBRE) in property developments, tenant and landlord leasing, buyer representation and investors.
Mr. Lanehart is experienced working with corporate, institutional and developer clients, including Shaw Industries, American Honda, CBS, Boeing, Rockwell, The Stanley Works, Rock-Tenn, Prudential, Aetna, The RREEF Funds, CBRE Investors, Panattoni Development, First Industrial REIT and PM Realty.
To assess property conditions, he evaluates highest and best uses, models land residual options, tackles environmental challenges and rezoning, identifies unknowns and resolves contingent liabilities to achieve client desired outcomes.
Mr. Lanehart has a BS degree in real estate and finance from University of Southern California, plus eight MBA real estate courses. He has completed Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) courses 101,102 and 103, and he has attended two CBRE University sessions. Mr. Lanehart is a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors and supports Urban Land Institute.
