Chris Riley is a member of CBRE's Atlanta Investment Properties Institutional Group with a primary focus on the sale of institutional investment properties on a national level. Along with his partners, Frank Fallon and Brian Budnick, Mr. Riley provides advisory services for both the disposition and acquisition of industrial, office/flex and suburban office properties in multiple markets across the country. In addition to investment property sales, Mr. Riley, Mr. Fallon and Mr. Budnick have raised capital for development deals and assisted developer clients with the purchase of land tracts for master planned parks. 

During his career, Mr. Riley has been involved in the disposition and equity placement of more than 131 million square feet of real estate properties with an aggregate value in excess of $7.0 billion. These transactions have covered 45 markets across the country and more than 135 separate purchasers.

The 22-year real estate veteran has been focused on the sale of investment properties for the past 16 years and was engaged in developing and leasing industrial and suburban office product for the first six years of his career. Prior to his joining CBRE in January 2005, Mr. Riley was employed at Trammell Crow Company for nine years and at Carter for eight years.

Consistent market leaders, Mr. Riley, Mr. Fallon and Mr. Budnick have been ranked nationally as top producers for CBRE, “Top 10 Investment Sales” brokers in the Atlanta Business Chronicle’s Book of Lists, as well as the “Top-Five” Producers in the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors’ Million Dollar Club. Mr. Riley and Mr. Fallon have also been recognized as members of CBRE’s Institutional Group, comprised of the top 50+ sales professionals nationally.   

Mr. Riley is licensed in Georgia, North Carolina and South Carolina, and is a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors. He is also a member and active in the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), where he is currently a member of the 2009 NAIOP Development Conference Planning Committee. Since joining CBRE, Mr. Riley has been a Colbert Coldwell Circle Award which represents CBRE’s top 100 sales professionals nationally.
