Eric Ross is Senior Vice President in the Asset Services division of CBRE in Atlanta, providing brokerage and consulting services to a wide variety of clients in the Atlanta area. Mr. Ross has more than 15 years of commercial real estate experience and specializes in the leasing of institutionally-owned office real estate. Currently, Mr. Ross markets and leases a portfolio of over 3.4 million square feet. Properties he represents include Perimeter Summit and The Lenox Building. His clients include AREA, GE Asset Management, Seven Oaks Realty, ING and Clarion Partners.
Since 2009, Mr. Ross and his partner, Brad Jancik, have completed over 140 leasing transactions in excess of 2.0 million square feet representing a total lease consideration of $450 million. Significant transactions include Autotrader.com, CareerBuilder.com, Hewitt Associates, Zurich Insurance, State Bank and Trust, and Cox Enterprises.
Mr. Ross’ experience as a tenant representative offers a unique perspective for understanding both the competition and tenants’ needs, as well as a distinct outlook on deal evaluation. His projects include property disposition, consolidation and relocation for Regions Financial Corporation, Vanity Fair, First Tennessee Bank, Dell and Russell Corporation.
Prior to joining CBRE in 2006, Mr. Ross was a Senior Vice President at Trammell Crow Company, where he focused on office properties, tenant representation and general brokerage. He is a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors and of CoreNet. Achievements
