Frank Fallon is a member of CB Richard Ellis’ (CBRE’s) Atlanta Investment Properties Group with a primary focus on the sale of institutional industrial investment properties on a national level. Along with his partners, Chris Riley and Brian Budnick, Mr. Fallon provides advisory services for both the disposition and acquisition of industrial, office/flex and suburban office properties in multiple markets across the country.
Mr. Fallon has more than 23 years experience in the development, acquisition and disposition of office and industrial properties covering the Southeastern and Southwestern United States. During his career, he has been involved in the development, disposition, acquisition and operation of more than 89 million square feet of real estate properties with an aggregate value in excess of $5.8 billion. Prior to joining Trammell Crow and later at CBRE, Mr. Fallon was a Regional Director for ProLogis where he was responsible for the operations, development and market strategy for the Southeast Region.
Consistent market leaders, Mr. Fallon, Mr. Riley and Mr. Budnick have been ranked nationally as top producers for CBRE, “Top 10 Investment Sales” brokers in the Atlanta Business Chronicles’ Book of Lists as well as the “Top-Five” Producers in the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors Million Dollar Club. Mr. Fallon and Mr. Riley have also been recognized as members of CBRE’s Institutional Group, comprised of the top 50+ sales professionals nationally.
Mr. Fallon is licensed in Georgia and South Carolina, and is a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors and in the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP). Since joining CBRE in January 2005, Mr. Fallon has been awarded the Colbert Coldwell Circle Award each year, which represents CBRE’s top 100 sales professionals nationally.
Mr. Fallon earned his Bachelor’s degree from Texas Tech University.
