Greg Haynes is a Senior Vice President of CBRE’s Industrial Specialty Group in Atlanta, focusing on representing industrial companies in the Southeast and other markets. Haynes offers clients his extensive experience by providing them with acquisitions and dispositions on a multi-market basis.
He has conducted multiple tenant representation assignments for large corporate client clients such as APL Logistics, Shaw Industries, Westinghouse Electric, Johnson & Johnson and Robert Pattillo Properties. Some of his notable transactions include a 980,000 square foot Johnson & Johnson facility, 1,819,350-square-foot General Motors Lakewood Assembly Plant, a 1,040,000-square-foot First Industrial Realty Trust facility and a 510,810-square-foot Haverty’s Furniture location.
Haynes has consistently been recognized by CBRE and within the industry for his skills and service. He serves as coach to the winning University of Georgia’s NAIOP College Challenge MBA Real Estate Team. He has received the Industrial Leasing Professionalism Award presented by Dorey’s on three separate occasions. Because of his dedication to the industry, Haynes was inducted into the Atlanta Industrial Real Estate Hall of Fame in 1994.
Haynes is also very active in the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors and the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (“SIOR”) where he served as Chapter President in 2000. Haynes earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Georgia and his Juris Doctorate degree from the Woodrow Wilson School of Law.
