Mr. Geiger's primary focus is working with private, high net worth buyers as well as institutional investors seeking apartment investments in Atlanta and the Southeast. He spends most of his energies identifying the most aggressive and well-funded capital for his assignments and focusing them on these opportunities.

He excels at transaction management and execution. By having a superb understanding of buyer motivations, he is able to spend his time and efforts with groups whom are likely to perform. There is no substitute for one-on-one discussions, and the execution phase of the marketing process is one of his primary strengths. Mr. Geiger's clients particularly appreciate his follow-through with each individual prospect and his tenacity in achieving a successful result in every assignment.

Mr. Geiger has played a key role in creating the Atlanta Multi-Housing Group. His team is dedicated to apartment transactions and recognized as one of the most efficient and successful teams within CBRE's multi-housing division. Their professional reputation has enabled them to utilize CBRE's national platform selling product across the country. Mr. Geiger has closed apartment transactions in a variety of cities including Atlanta, Dallas, Detroit, Greenville, Houston, Kansas City, Mobile, Savannah and Tampa.

Since 1989 when Mr.Geiger began his career at CBRE (then known as Coldwell Banker Commercial), he has been recognized as one of Atlanta's best multi-housing brokers by his firm as well as his clients. He also earns membership into CBRE's prestigious Colbert Coldwell Circle honoring the top 100 within the firm on a consistent basis.

Mr. Geiger is a member of CBRE's Major Accounts Group, the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors and the Atlanta Apartment Association. He obtained a B.A. from the University of Louisville, and is licensed in the state of Georgia and South Carolina.
