Lori Burke is a Project Manager with CBRE Hotels in Atlanta. Ms. Burke has been involved in the hotel real estate industry since 1996, and has held her real estate license since 2003. She is responsible for managing team procedures, overseeing multiple transactions in all phases of the hotel listing process, coordinating web-based marketing and due diligence material set up and distribution, tracking collaterals, managing the client reporting process, maintaining REA contact database and coordinating press releases. In addition to Ms. Burke's brokerage responsibilities, she is also a Web Publisher. Her duties in this capacity include:

• Creating property web pages
• Marketing of cbre.com and cbrehotels.com through html emails
• Creating and updating team web page and personal profiles
• Maintaining, Managing, and adding content for group's sites

On a national basis, Ms. Burke is responsible for updating monthly transaction pipelines, coordinating industry conferences and maintaining the group's iProjects site. She was instrumental in the creation of the CBRE Hotels website.

Ms. Burke was an Executive Assistant with Insignia/ESG's Hotel Partners Group prior to that firm's merger with CBRE in 2003. She received a BBA with an emphasis in Finance from Georgia State University.
