Malcolm McComb is a Vice Chairman within CBRE’s Investment Properties Group and a member of CBRE’s Institutional Group. The Institutional Group comprises approximately 40 of the firm's most experienced investment sales professionals, specializing in the execution of larger investment transactions and portfolio assignments.
Mr. McComb and the Atlanta Multi-Housing Properties Group have executed more than $10 billion in apartment transactions throughout the United States. His depth of capital relationships and transaction management expertise are reasons institutional owners frequently select CBRE to handle important dispositions. Mr. McComb has negotiated some of the largest portfolio sales and individual asset sales in the United States. He has worked with clients such as AMLI Residential, Archon, Bershire Realty Holdings, Post Properties, TIAA-CREF and Trammell Crow Residential.
Consistently one of the leading investment property specialists for CBRE nationally, Mr. McComb has received a variety of top performer awards including regular membership in the Colbert Coldwell Circle (top three percent of professionals). He is also a member of the National Multi-Housing Council.
Mr. McComb received his MBA from Emory University and obtained his BA in Political Science with honors from Furman University.
