Nelson Kramer has provided commercial real estate services for more than 30 years, including more than 15 years with CBRE. He has successfully completed assignments in land acquisition/disposition, buyer/seller representation, tenant representation, investment properties and asset leasing.
His corresponding skills in listening, situation analysis, organization and technical assessment are utilized in achieving his client’s objectives. He has been involved in more than $800 million in commercial real estate transactions in his career.
Mr. Kramer is a former Principal/Director of Real Estate Advisory Services with Laventhol & Horwath and Vice President/Sales Manager of 28 professionals with Merrill Lynch Commercial Real Estate Services. Previously, Mr. Kramer was Vice President/Marketing Director for more than 1.5 million square feet owned and operated by The Overmyer Company, one of the pioneer, international third party logistics companies.
Mr. Kramer has built substantial long-term business relationships in Atlanta’s highly professional commercial real estate community, which allows him to effectively communicate and cooperate with brokers, principals and other professionals when carrying out an assignment for his clients.
