Pat Murphy is a Senior Vice President in CBRE's Atlanta Asset Services Group, focusing solely on representing industrial landlords with the leasing and marketing of their warehouse and distribution properties. Mr. Murphy, along with his partner Bill Kee and their Senior Associate Jason Webb, plays the role of advisor in an effort to help his clients reach their overall business objectives.
Mr. Murphy has 20 years experience in commercial real estate, the past three with CBRE. He has also worked for Trammell Crow and Duke Realty. He has represented clients such as LaSalle Investment Management, RREEF, Lutz Real Estate Investment, First Industrial Realty Trust, AMB Property Corp., Sealy & Co. and American Realty Advisors.
A consistent market leader, Mr. Murphy has regularly been a “Top-Five” Producer in the National Association of Industrial and Office Park's (NAIOP’s) Million Dollar Club. In the past four years, Mr. Murphy has completed more than 200 transactions totaling $100 million.
Mr. Murphy is a licensed Georgia Real Estate Agent. He is actively involved in the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors. Mr. Murphy has also served on the Board of Directors for Forsyth County’s Chamber of Commerce.
