Rob Fisher is an Associate with CBRE’s Brokerage Services Group in Atlanta, Georgia. An Atlanta resident for seven years, he focuses on creating and implementing real estate strategies for clientele worldwide.
Mr. Fisher leverages his years of experience in real estate contract negotiations and expertise in financial analysis to create value and savings for his clients. He has achieved the designation of Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), a rigorous three-year program regarded as the premier certification for portfolio management, investment analysis and asset valuation. Mr. Fisher is an active member of the CFA Society of Atlanta. He is also a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors and the Florida Association of Realtors.
Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Fisher operated a real estate brokerage for more than three years in Florida, where he managed all service lines including commercial sales/leasing and property management. Additionally, Mr. Fisher has operated his own stone construction materials delivery company in Texas and Mexico, and served as Manager/Director of Finance for Polycom Inc, in Atlanta and Austin. Previously, he has served as a Project Financial Lead for IBM Global Services in Atlanta and Memphis, and a regional Auditor for the State of Florida in the Southeast. Mr. Fisher is a licensed broker in Florida and Georgia.
Mr. Fisher graduated from Florida State University with a B.S. in Finance. He received a M.S. in Finance from Georgia State University.
