Tommy Crozier joined CBRE Hotels as an Associate Broker. Since 2000, he has specialized in appraisal and feasibility studies of hotels ranging from smaller, single properties valued under $2 million in rural markets to full-service, trophy assets valued in excess of $250 million in major CBD locations. His particular emphasis in the valuation and consulting realm during the past five years has been in the limited and select service hotel segments in both single assets and large portfolio transactions.
Mr. Crozier was selected as one of the initial members of the Hospitality Specialty Group of CBRE’s Valuating and Advisory Services (VAS) Group in 2006, and has since completed more than 85 hotel valuations and consulting assignments in the Southeast region. He was recognized as the top producer in the VAS Group for the Carolinas in 2007, and was invited to the VAS Recognition Conference in 2006 and 2007, which honors the top 10 percent producers of CBRE VAS professionals nationwide. In 2007, he was recognized as one of the top 10 producers across all service groups in the CBRE Charlotte, NC office.
Mr. Crozier has been a licensed real estate broker for 10 years, was awarded the coveted Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation and has completed all educational requirements for the Member Appraisal Institute (MAI) designation. In addition, Mr. Crozier has extensive education in real estate finance and development courses from the Urban Land Institute (ULI), and holds the prestigious ULI Professional Development Certificate. Mr. Crozier is a Mississippi native and a graduate of Mississippi College, where he received a BA in English.
