Tom Beebe is an Associate with CBRE's Industrial Brokerage team in Atlanta, and part of the company’s Global Supply Chain Practice. Along with his business partner Bob Hutson, Mr. Beebe specializes in representing industrial space users/tenants in aligning their real estate strategy with their overall business objectives. Through an integrated approach and process, their practice includes comprehensive site selection, labor analysis, incentives negotiation and financial analysis.
A native Atlantan, Mr. Beebe offers his clients a unique marketing background gained while working in the advertising industry at soft drink giant Coca-Cola. His experience there includes positions in the firm’s brand management, customer marketing and field marketing divisions. He was also very active in Coke’s Olympic marketing efforts before and during the 1996 Games.
Mr. Beebe is actively involved in the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce, serving on the Delta (Air Lines) Route Case subcommittee on the Global Commerce Council, which is supporting the airline’s application to the U.S. Department of Transportation of an Atlanta-Shanghai direct route in 2008.
