Trey Barry is an Associate in CBRE’s Atlanta Asset Services Group, focusing exclusively on representing industrial landlords with the leasing and marketing of their warehouse and distribution properties. Mr. Barry provides solid market coverage for senior brokers Bill Kee and Pat Murphy, with his cold calling efforts and relationships with the younger Atlanta brokers. He also provides marketing support for Mr. Kee and Mr. Murphy, and assists them in overseeing an industrial leasing portfolio totaling more than 18 million square feet in nearly 150 buildings.
Mr. Barry is solely responsible for maintaining the asset services listing database, as well as coordinating marketing efforts. Mr. Barry assists Mr. Kee and Mr. Murphy with multiple listing assignments. He has represented clients such Crow Family Holdings, Sealy and Company, BH Properties, First Industrial, Industrial Properties Corporation and Cobalt Capital Partners. In 2007 alone, Mr. Barry completed more than 60 lease transactions in excess of $9 million in total consideration.
Mr. Barry is a licensed Georgia Real Estate Broker and is an active member in the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors and the Association of Young Real Estate Professionals (AYREP). He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Political Science from Furman University in South Carolina.
