Malcolm McComb and Kevin Geiger began their careers with CB Richard Ellis, then called Coldwell Banker Commerical, in the 1980s. They learned the apartment brokerage business amidst the S&L crisis immediately following the tax reform act. Malcolm and Kevin spent the first half of the 1990’s selling troubled assets for Freddie Mac, the FDIC, the RTC and multiple other lenders. Paul Berry joined CBRE in 1999 after working for USF&G and Crocker Realty becoming a partner with both Malcolm and Kevin shortly afterwards.
Atlanta is their home market and the geographic market for which they most strive to provide an unmatched level of excellence. However, a substantial portion of their business for the past five years has been representing their clients in many states across the U.S.

“Because my partners manage the transactions, I can spend my time making sure our team has the best possible access to capital. That access comes from constantly improving our relationships with key decision makers, understanding their motivations and objectives, and seeking out emerging capital.” |

“In a constricted market such as the one we find ourselves in today, defensible assumptions regarding values, thoughtful forecasting of market dynamics and a strong grasp of the debt markets are all valued by owners. These elements combined with hard work and committing to do what one says they are going to do yields successful results. |
