Andy Kazama is an Associate in the Retail Advisory Services Specialty at CB Richard Ellis, Inc. Andy specializes in both Landlord and Tenant leasing needs throughout Hawaii. His work with retailers, developers and investors includes: pre-leasing for new development projects and negotiating multiple market transactions for national tenants. He is currently a member of the leasing teams for 5 retail centers and represents such users as, Mobi PCS, America’s Mattress, Powerhouse Gym, and Life is Good.
Mr. Kazama joined CB Richard Ellis, Inc. in 2005 as a Sales Intern while finalizing his degree in Finance and International Business. Once graduating, Andy was retained and promoted to his current position as Associate. Andy became a part of the Retail Division due to his knowledge of the retail industry through his family’s restaurant business’. As a Finance and International Business Major, he has an extensive background in finance and plays a vital role in data analysis through such programs as Argus and ProCalc.
