Eric Ogata joined the CB Richard Ellis team in November 2005 as Vice President of Asset Services. He currently serves as Director – Retail Services focusing on the management and leasing of open air and lifestyle centers. Mr. Ogata has assisted in the redevlopment of two centers and is currently providing consulting services for two ground up mixed-use centers. In addition, he serves as the General Manager of Keauhou Shopping Center on the island of Hawaii. Mr. Ogata oversees the center’s repositioning, as well as the strengthening of its current management and leasing programs.
Most recently, Ogata served as the Assistant General Manager of Victoria Ward for General Growth Properties where he was responsible for assisting in the management and operation of the 1.3 million square-foot property which includes Ward Centre, Ward Warehouse, Ward Village Shops, Ward Entertainment Center, and Ward Gateway. Prior to his tenure with General Growth, he was the Northwest Regional Specialty Leasing Manager for Westfield Corporation, Inc., in Santa Clara and San Diego, California where he oversaw the temporary leasing programs for nine super-regional malls. Mr. Ogata has also served as the Assistant General Manager for the 1.5 million square-foot Westfield Valley Fair in Santa Clara, California.
Mr. Ogata began his career in 1988 with Arthur Anderson working in the consulting division for such clients as Sprint and Northrop. Achievements
